For the washing and cleaning equipments in current market, they are often making a second
pollution after washing and cleaning for waste plastic recycling, even for self-discharge
of sewage, because the costs of sewage treatment are too high and some places are shortage
of water, especially in the middle east area which has plenty of oil but no water.
For those areas related to large areas, if people pull the film to a allocated place,
it is not convenient, because the volume of films are too big and the films are not
convenient for transportation. Now, our company has developed the new washing line
without water for those waste plastic film to solution this problem.
The washing and cleaning process:
Firstly, we transport the raw material-waste plastic film into high-power shredder for
cutting. After cutting, the films pieces fall to vibrating screen for filtering some of
sludge which is mixed with recyclable film (about 30%-40% soil).
Secondly, the shredded films are transported into aggregate box to be broken up.
In this breaking process, the aim is to separate the soil and shredded film pieces.
Thirdly, keeping the film pieces in aggregate box in minutes, then we transported
them through the PLC on a regular basis to dedicated dust by using the strong and
high-speed rotary vacuum for collecting dust, and we put the heating equipment to
heating the surface for drying the film purpose.
