Our company's clay graphite crucible is a refractory container manufactured through scientific proportioning and high-temperature firing. It features excellent thermal conductivity and high-temperature resistance. During the high-temperature smelting process, it exhibits a low coefficient of thermal expansion and strong resistance to strain from rapid cooling and heating, making it an ideal tool for melting non-ferrous metals and their alloys such as copper, aluminum, and zinc.

Important Notice
When using a clay crucible, always handle it gently, as it is brittle at room temperature. Before use, it must be completely dry, and you must ensure a slow, even rise in temperature, avoiding direct flame impingement to prevent cracking from thermal stress.
When melting, control the amount of material loaded and avoid large pieces from striking the inner wall. After each use, carefully clean out the slag and check for cracks to ensure its safety and longevity.
