Graphite Baffle for Disrupting Aluminum Melts

The graphite baffle used for degassing aluminum melt is used in conjunction with a graphite rotor. It can be placed on one or both sides of the graphite rotor to block and disrupt the rotation direction and speed of the aluminum melt, causing turbulent motion. It helps to promote the full dispersion and uniform distribution of inert gas in the aluminum melt. Selecting graphite material similar or identical to the graphite rotor as the raw material for the graphite baffle helps ensure compatibility and synergy between the baffle and rotor.
