A bipolar plate is a key component that assembles a proton exchange membrane fuel cell in series to form an integral battery stack, with one side in contact with the anode side of a single cell MEA and the other side in contact with the cathode side of an adjacent single cell MEA, hence called a bipolar plate.As one of the key components of PEMFC, the mass of bipolar plate accounts for 60% ~ 80% of the total battery stack, while its cost accounts for 40% ~ 60% of the total cost [8]. Therefore, the research and development of bipolar plate with low price and simple preparation process is one of the key factors to solve the commercialization of PEMFC
