Graphite sagger is a container made of graphite, which has the characteristics of high strength, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. In the industrial field, graphite saggers are widely used in ceramics, glass, chemical and other industries. Its unique structure allows it to withstand high temperatures and chemicals, making it an important tool in these industries.

The performance of graphite sagger is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
  • Good thermal conductivity: the thermal conductivity of graphite is 100-300W/(m·K), which is 10-100 times that of most metal materials. Therefore, the graphite sagger can quickly transfer heat and improve sintering efficiency.
  • High temperature resistance: the melting point of graphite is 3850°C and the boiling point is 4250°C, so the graphite sagger can withstand high-temperature sintering and is not easily deformed or damaged.
