Graphite brushes are made using natural graphite powder as the base material, with resin or coal tar pitch asphalt as the binder. They are formed through mixing, pressing, curing (using resin as the binder), or baking (using asphalt as the binder), and then processed and assembled.
Electro-graphite brushes mainly use carbon black, coke (including petroleum coke and pitch coke), charcoal, and some graphite powder as raw materials. They are made into semi-finished blanks through processes such as mixing, grinding, pressing, baking, and graphitization (with a treatment temperature above 2500ºC), and then processed and assembled into finished brushes.
Metal graphite brushes (also known as non-ferrous metal brushes) are made using high-purity metal powders such as copper, silver, tin, zinc, lead, and flake graphite powder as the basic raw materials. Some solid lubricants and nanomaterials are added. They are formed through mixing, pressing, sintering, mechanical processing, and assembly.
