Product Description

> The rotation centre is selected reasonably, which is easy to operate and can be reused after pouring.  
       
> Double worm gear pair transmission is adopted. Although the manufacturing requirements are high, the transmission is flexible and free, and the bidirectional reversibility is good.      
     
> The suspender adopts forging, which is more reliable and safe than the steel plate weldment.       
   
> The cladding steel plate is thick, and the cladding bottom structure adopts the triple insurance of taper, bottom hoop and welding, which not only extends the service life but also ensures the safety of the operator.           

> The main body and suspender, gearbox and handwheel are all equipped with chain clamp plate which can be locked at any time.           

> Two trunnions and suspenders are equipped with self-aligning bearings, which have a good consistency.

The rotated type ladle is indispensable to casting equipment. Worm gear was made of copper, and worm has been conducted by steel quenched treatment. With secure and reliable worm gear and worm drive, the ladle has been equipped reasonably and processed in excellent workmanship, by which it has effectively solved common breakdown. Moreover, it can be manipulated easily, with flexible hand-wheel and worm in the perfect performance of self-latching.
