Ceramic fiber bulk is a lightweight refractory insulation material manufactured from high-purity alumina-silica raw materials through high-temperature melting and fiberizing processes. The fibers are soft, white, and free of odor, offering excellent performance in high-temperature environments.
With stable chemical properties and low thermal conductivity, ceramic fiber bulk is widely used as a base material for various ceramic fiber products or as loose-fill insulation for complex structures. It can withstand temperatures up to approximately 1430°C (2600°F) depending on the grade.
