Graphite Rotor-An efficient purification device for processing liquid metals (especially aluminum alloys)

Its working principle involves the high-speed rotation of the rotor, which blows an inert gas (such as nitrogen or argon) uniformly into the molten metal. During the rotation of the rotor and the stirring action of the impeller, the gas bubbles are refined and dispersed throughout the molten metal, effectively removing hydrogen gas (H) and non-metallic inclusions (slag).
