Using method
> The saggers must be vertical and smooth: the saggers should be supported by fire-resistant clips to prevent sagging at high temperature. The sagger column in the outer ring shall not tilt toward the kiln wall, but may tilt slightly toward the center of the kiln.
> After filling the kiln, seal the kiln door: it is best to build two layers of refractory brick inside and outside the kiln door. The inner layer should be flush with the inner wall of the kiln wall, and the outer layer should be flush with the outer wall of the kiln wall, and each layer should be smeared with refractory mud. When building the kiln door, the fire hole should be set aside. The position of the fire hole should be fixed each time the kiln is installed, so as to avoid sudden high and sudden low, sudden large and sudden small, which affects the correct temperature measurement.
> Height of the saggar column: it should be determined according to the kiln structure and the temperature rise of each part of the kiln. Generally, the sagger column near the nozzle should be lower to reduce the resistance of the flame to rise. The center sagger may be higher, but there is enough space between it and the top of the kiln for the rising flames to meet here and then be redistributed to the suction holes.
Storage methods
>The graphite boat and the furnace wall need to maintain a suitable distance, graphite products in the middle of the furnace.
>No moisture, storage must be placed in a dry place or above the wooden frame.
>Handle gently during transportation, do not fall and shake.
